Job Summary

This role drives strategic financial leadership by overseeing pricing frameworks and compliance initiatives within the Business Finance & Compliance function. The position ensures that financial operations support sustainable business growth, maintain cost viability, and align with organizational objectives across ROW/America and large deal portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the development and optimization of pricing grids using advanced financial modeling tools, ensuring alignment with global business strategies and market trends.
2. Oversee compliance processes by implementing and monitoring legal and regulatory standards through enterprise finance platforms, safeguarding business transactions and contractual obligations.
3. Provide strategic guidance on large deal structuring by leveraging pricing analytics and risk assessment methodologies to maximize profitability and minimize exposure.
4. Collaborate with internal finance teams to integrate best practices in pricing and compliance, utilizing ERP systems and data visualization tools for informed decision-making.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial governance by evaluating emerging technologies and regulatory changes, ensuring proactive adaptation and organizational resilience.
