Vertical Manager MIS/FP&A

Job Summary

 
Purpose the Role:
To be a prominent part of FP&A team. Shall provide & present accurate and timely consolidated reports, provide details/inputs to the Auditor on the plan each quarter to ensure adequacy.
Job Description:
The candidate shall be placed in FP&A processes in finance shared service division i.e. Employee Payroll processing analytics.

To control overall payroll processing cost, including validation, inputs, MIS, reporting & accounting.

To drive and prepare schedules for Statutory audits, Tax Audits & Internal Audits.
Managing Key Stakeholder:  Sr. Leadership, Controllership, Taxation, Auditor's etc.
Local Books Reconciliation.
Actuarial valuation from actuary and accounting (IND AS-19)
Balance sheet & P&L Variance analysis preparation MOM, QOQ & YOY
Statutory Audit Schedule preparation QOQ and query response to auditor
TAX audit schedule preparation and query response
Automations of Provisions
Sound knowledge of provisioning accounting in books of account.

Ensure timely and accurate monthly/Quarterly reporting of from the perspective of the company

To ensure payroll compliances and reporting the same (Monthly/Quarterly
compliances).
Excellent active listening, coordination, and presentation skills
Good written and spoken English.
Good in excel working and preferable from SAP background
