Job Summary

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Analyze revenue, margins, utilization, headcount, and operating expenses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide timely financial analysis and actionable insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting key variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Drive monthly business reviews, financial reporting, and management presentations.
  • Partner with business, operations, HR, and delivery teams to improve financial performance and resource productivity.
  • Support pricing reviews, investment decisions, business cases, and profitability assessments.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to track organizational performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and strengthen financial controls, governance processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead ad hoc financial analysis related to growth initiatives, client profitability, cost optimization, and transformation programs.
  • Mentor and develop team members while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
