Job Summary
We are looking for an Intern to support the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
Contribute ideas to improve recruitment branding and candidate experience.
Skill Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Strong willingness to learn.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data handling.
Creativity and enthusiasm for building a positive workplace culture.
