WebMethods Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

The Senior Technical lead for web methods will be responsible for leading the technical architecture, design, development, and implementation of web methods solutions in alignment with business objectives. This role will involve managing a team of developers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of web methods projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the development and implementation of web methods solutions.
2. Provide technical expertise in web methods integration, api management, and esb services.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
4. Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of web methods solutions.
5. Lead and mentor a team of developers in executing web methods projects efficiently.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operations of web methods solutions.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web methods technology.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in web methods integration platform, api gateway, and esb services.
2. Strong knowledge of web services, soap, rest, xml, and json.
3. Experience in designing and implementing solutions using web methods tools and components.
4. Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and provide innovative solutions.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a technical team.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in resolving technical issues.

Other Requirements

1.WebMethods Certified Professional certification is preferred.
