WebMethods Senior Technical Specialist
Hyderabad, Telangana

Job Summary

8-10 years of experience in webMethods architecture and components like Integration Server, Universal Messaging, My Webmethods Server, Trading Networks, SAP Adapter, JDBC Adapter, MFT, API Gateway, webMethods.io Integration.

Design, develop, and implement robust integration solutions using WebMethods.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Good experience on major Adapters JDBC, SAP.

Mapping from EDI to IDOC and IDOC to EDI, Flat file to IDOC and IDOC to Flat file.

Knowledge in designing and developing APIs, REST services and SOAP webservices.

Ability to understand and create APIs using OpenAPI Specifications.

Strong knowledge on transport protocols AS2, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP.

Working experience on Trading networks

Having B2B integration development integration would be preferred.

Ability to write unit test cases and automate the tests using technologies like WmTestSuite.

Knowledge in Postman, JMeter to create and run the identified test cases. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Designing and developing web methods solutions to meet business requirements
2. Configuring, monitoring, and optimizing web methods components and interfaces
3. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to web methods implementations
4. Collaborating with cross functional teams to integrate web methods with existing systems
5. Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members in web methods best practices

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in web methods integration platform
2. Strong understanding of web services, xml, soap, and rest
3. Experience with esb (enterprise service bus) and bpm (business process management)
4. Knowledge of api management and service oriented architecture (soa)
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Other Requirements

1.WebMethods Certified Professional is preferred
