Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Varicent professional to manage end-to-end production support, system stability, and continuous enhancements for Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise in Varicent along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to drive improvements, ensure accurate commission processing, and maintain high system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Operations
Responsible for managing prod support assessing for Varicent ICM applications.
* Monitor daily/monthly runs and ensure timely execution.
* Troubleshoot and resolve data, calculation, and payout issues
* Ensure data integrity and reconciliation between source systems and Varicent outputs.
* Manage incident, problem, and change tickets (SLA-driven support).
* Support month end activities, lock/unlock cycles, and validations.
Enhancements & Development
* Design and implement enhancements in compensation plans, rules, and workflows.
* Improve system performance via model optimization and tuning.
* Participate in new feature development, releases, and deployments.
Skill Requirements
Must Have Skills:
* Hands-on experience in Varicent ICM tool - Composer, Web Reports, Web forms, Configure, Workflow, Schedule modules, pipe configuration (ELT).
* Experience as ICM and ELT consultant in implementation, maintenance and development support and design projects. Support business queries and other adhoc reports or extract.
* Experience in Release management
* Specifications, Test cases, build, test, production support and deployments.
* Needs to have experience in Application support of production systems based on ITIL methodology.
