WebSphere Commerce Server Senior Technical Lead - Java

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams in the development and implementation of solutions using WebSphere Commerce Server and Java. The role involves designing, coding, testing, and deploying software applications, ensuring they meet the business requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor technical teams in the design and development of solutions using websphere commerce server and java.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
3. Develop technical specifications and architecture designs for software solutions.
4. Ensure code quality by performing code reviews and implementing best practices.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements and upgrades.
7. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong proficiency in websphere commerce server and java programming.
2. Experience in leading technical teams and managing projects.
3. Knowledge of sdlc methodologies and best practices.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and meet project deadlines.
7. Certification in websphere commerce server or java is preferred but not mandatory.

Maximum Salary (US):  145000
Minimum Salary (US):  132000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
