Workday Senior Technical Consultant - EIB

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Studio, HCM. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and support integrations between Workday and external systems. The candidate should also have Extend Knowledge or should be Workday Integration Certified.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Integrations

  • Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using:
    • Workday Studio
    • EIBs (Inbound & Outbound)
    • Core Connectors (CCW, CCB, PECI, RaaS)
  • Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations with third‑party vendors (background check, job boards, payroll, benefits, identity management, etc.).
  • Develop custom Studio integrations using XSLT, XML, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Create and manage RaaS (Reports as a Service) and complex Workday reports to support integrations.
  • Handle integration error analysis, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Manage integration schedules, alerts, retries, and security (ISU, authentication policies).
  • Should have Extend Knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
