This is a senior, high-visibility role requiring a leader who can drive program execution across multiple workstreams , while also serving as the primary bridge between the delivery organization and executive leadership — translating complex program data into clear, compelling strategic narratives for Steering Committee audiences.

Program Delivery & Governance

  • Own end-to-end program management for S/4HANA Greenfield implementation(s) across multiple markets/business units under the MMP (Multi-Market Program) umbrella.

  • Drive program governance cadence — steering committees, program boards, PMO reviews, risk/issue councils — ensuring timely decision-making and escalation management.
  • Manage program scope, budget, resourcing, and vendor/SI (System Integrator) performance across functional (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, etc.) and technical (Basis, Data Migration, Integration, Security) workstreams.
  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and interdependencies (RAID) across parallel country/market rollouts.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and organizational program delivery standards.

  • Partner with functional leads, workstream owners, and business sponsors to gather inputs and convert technical/operational detail into strategic, executive-level storytelling.
  • Prepare briefing materials, decision papers, and executive summaries; anticipate leadership questions and pre-empt with data-backed answers.
  • Own the "single source of truth" program dashboard — status, RAG (Red/Amber/Green) ratings, milestone tracking, budget burn, and value realization metrics.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sponsors and steering committee members, facilitating alignment and timely decisions on scope, budget, and timeline trade-offs.

Other Requirements

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in [Automotive/Manufacturing/relevant industry] preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insight.
  • High attention to detail combined with the ability to see and communicate the "big picture."
