Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

  • 10+ years in Automotive, Auto Tier-1, Aerospace, or Industrial Manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal/WinCC, S7 PLCs, Rockwell Studio 5000, Mitsubishi PLCs, Kepware, ThingWorx, MES platforms, and ERP integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Profinet, Ethernet/IP, OPC-UA, MQTT, IIoT, OT architectures, and ISA-95 integration models.
  • Experience with robotics, CNC/SPM equipment, assembly automation, vision systems, warehouse automation, and plant-wide digitalization initiatives.

Ideal Candidate: A "been there, done that" manufacturing professional who can confidently engage customers because they have personally delivered automation, OT, and digital manufacturing programs on the plant floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead OT, Automation, MES, IIoT, and Smart Factory programs from design through go-live and stabilization.
  • Drive integration of PLCs, SCADA, MES, ERP, robotics, machine vision, AGVs/AMRs, and connected shop-floor systems.
  • Manage FAT, SAT, commissioning, startup, production ramp-up, and operational readiness activities.
  • Engage plant leadership, manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to identify and deliver transformation opportunities.
