Job Summary

SAP Manager – Project Implementation & Migration 

Experience- 10+ years 

Short JD 

Looking for an SAP Manager - Project Implementation & Migration with 10+ years of experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and transformation projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, SAP delivery methodologies, cutover management, data migration, and go-live support. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, budgets, risks, and large-scale SAP transformation programs is essential. Experience with SAP Activate, SAP BTP, global rollouts, and cloud transformation initiatives will be an added advantage. 

 

Must Have Skills: 

10+ years of experience in SAP implementation, migration, and transformation projects 

Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Migration programs 

Strong knowledge of SAP project delivery methodologies (ASAP, Activate) 

Experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration/conversion projects 

Expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource management, and risk management 

Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills 

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.) 

Hands-on experience in cutover planning, data migration, testing, and go-live support 

Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models 

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills 

Nice to Have Skills: 

SAP Activate Certification or PMP/Prince2 certification 

Experience with SAP BTP and cloud transformation programs 

Knowledge of SAP Rise and GROW with SAP offerings 

SAP integration and middleware understanding 

Change management and organizational transformation experience 

Multi-country/global rollout experience 

Experience with SAP Signavio and Solution Manager 

ITIL and governance framework knowledge
