Job Summary
Lead the design, development, integration, and implementation of Infor Optiva PLM solutions. Provide technical leadership for architecture decisions, system integrations, customization, performance optimization, and cloud/on-premise deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end Infor Optiva solution architecture.
- Design and implement integrations with ERP, MDM, MES, Quality, and regulatory systems
- Lead data migration, system upgrades, and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Develop and support Optiva customizations, workflows, reports, and business rules.
- Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish development standards, code reviews, and technical governance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Mentor developers and technical consultants.
- Participate in solution estimation, project planning, and client discussions.
Skill Requirements
- Strong experience in Infor Optiva / Infor PLM for Process.
- Expertise in:
- SQL Server
- .NET Framework / C#
- REST/SOAP APIs
- XML/XSLT
- Infor OS, ION, IDM
- Workflow and configuration management
- Experience with:
- Product formulation
- Labeling & compliance
- Recipe management
- Product lifecycle management processes.
- Knowledge of cloud-based architecture is preferred.
